Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy is a non-invasive bodywork technique using precise, rolling movements over specific areas of the body to support relaxation, balance, aiding the body’s natural recovery processes.
Bowen Therapy works with the nervous system and connective tissue (fascia) to promote calm, reduce muscular tension, and support overall well-being. It may be helpful for stress, physical discomfort, tension, mobility concerns, and nervous system regulation.
Each session is tailored to the individual, creating a safe and calming environment that supports the body’s ability to restore balance.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy is a body-based approach that recognises the connection between the mind, body, emotions and the nervous system.
It develops awareness of physical sensations, stress responses, and patterns held within the body to support regulation, healing, and well-being.
Rather than focusing only on thoughts and emotions, Somatic Therapy helps people reconnect with their body, understand nervous system responses, and to feel safer, grounded, and connected.
Somatic approaches can be helpful for stress, trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm or chronic tension.
Personalised Consultation
Not everyone knows what type of support they need, and that's completely okay.
Our Personalised Consultation is designed for people who are unsure where to begin. We'll spend time understanding your goals, concerns, and preferences before discussing which approach is likely to be most beneficial.
You may discover that psychology, Bowen Therapy, Somatic Therapy or a combination is the best fit.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation to help you find the right path.
